Update: The issue will be ongoing throughout the day while essential maintenance is carried out on the platform.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our web mail service that are resulting in slower than usual load times for the service.
This is currently being worked on by our technicians and a resolution will be put in place by them for the issue.

We are currently experiencing intermittent connection issues to one of our datacentres that are affecting all customer facing services.
Our technicians are currently investigating the issue and we aim to have a resolution in place shortly.
